There are two types of villas in this project:
- Two Type A, a 3-bedroom duplex villa (138m2 internal area, 190 m2 total area with terrace): price off-plan: 200.000 Euro
- Four Type B, a 3-bedroom duplex villa (128m2 internal area, 180 m2 total area with terrace): price off-plan: 180.000 Euro

Detailed Technical Features:
- High quality concrete foundation system (BS-20, ST420) constructed in accordance with ground studies and first degree earthquake regulations. A water resistant membrane will be fitted under and around the foundations. Field drain will be fitted around the foundations.

- An independent water line will be laid to each villa and as required by the Municipality each villa will be provided with a water meter.
- High quality multi split air conditioners for heating and cooling will be fitted.
- High quality kitchen storage cupboards will be fitted in accordance with the project. Integrated kitchen appliances – fridge, dishwasher, oven, extractor fan (Siemens). Hob, extractor fan and stainless steel sink will be integrated. Kitchen worktop will be first class natural granite.
Ceramic tiles will be laid between worktop and wall units.
